Binder Engineering BV participated at the 2-days program in Utrecht on 23rd and 24th May 2007. More than 100 flow specialists of the industry were present to listen to 40 seminars and presentations concerning the latest developments in flow control, calibration, high volume measurement etc. An important topic was the measurement of emissions. Visitors were especially interested in the COMBIMASS® Gas Flow Measurement System as well as in the new Biogas Analysis System.
On 14th and 15th May 2007 TÜV Nord Cert GmbH conducted a certification audit according to ISO 9001:2000 and guideline 94/9/EG in Ulm. Binder GmbH as well as the sales organizations Binder Engineering GmbH, Binder Engineering SAS and Binder Instrumentation Pte. Ltd. were audited. TÜV Nord Cert GmbH confirmed that the quality management system of all four companies fulfil the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and guideline 94/9/EG.
Binder Engineering NV and Binder Engineering BV already passed successfully their re-certification audit end of 2006. The individual certificates therefore prove that Binder Group has a qualified management system with defined business processes and responsibilities in the production line as well as in its sales organizations.
For the first time, our Polish distributor Antykor Controls presented the COMBIMASS® Gas Flow Measurement Systems at the AUTOMATICON exhibition which took place from 13th to 16th March 2007 in Warsaw. Due to numerous visitors who were interested in the BINDER systems, the presentation of the gas flow meters was more than successful. We hope to continue the good co-operation with our Polish partner and thank Antykor Controls for the excellent organisation of the exhibition.
With today several subsidiaries in Europe and Asia as well as an international distributor network, our company can proudly look back on the last 10 business years.
It all began in 1996 when Mr. Robert Binder founded the first Binder Engineering branch in Germany. A good reason to celebrate this event with our business partners, employees and friends.
Altogether we had the pleasure to welcome business partners from 25 different countries. Therefore we had the opportunity to intensify already existing contacts. In addition we were especially pleased with the participation of numerous experts and interested parties at our biogas symposium on 21st November 2006.
The highlight, however, was our 10 year's anniversary festivity in the evening of 21st September 2006 which lasted until the early morning hours and was accompanied by a colourful musical and artistic program.
We would like to thank all participants and assistants who took part in this great festivity, but especially our guests!

Binder GmbH continues extending its worldwide distributoin network and is pleased to welcome Technomad Co Ltd. officially as new distributor for Israel. In February 2006 a COMBIMASS® training took place in the premises of Tehnomad Co,. Ltd.. One of the central points beside the exchange of the technical know-how was the extension of the relationship between both parties. After the training a sloid basis for a good and successful business co-operation was provided and therefore the visit in Israel was more than successful.
As distributor for the United Kingdom and as a leading manufacturer of biogas analysis instruments, Gasdata Ltd. presented the COMBIMASS® gas flow meters at the National Energy Management Exhibition in Birmingham which took place from 16th to 18th May 2006. The high number of visitors interested in the COMBIMASS® series promises a successful co-operation in the future.
